I recently picked up a kong frog lead along with some other stuff. After I bought it, I shot an email to customer service to request a change to the lead. Sean took care of it without any hassle, and I got my order the very next day. I'm really pleased with the quality, the prices, and the support I received. I bought 12 metres of 25mm / 1" Double Sided Official MTP V-Twill Herringbone Webbing, thinking it would arrive in one continuous piece as advertised. When I opened the package, I noticed bright RED tape holding it together, and there was a break at 3.4 metres where it had been joined with that same red tape. I shot an email with some pics of the issue, and after chatting with Dave, he agreed to give me a full refund (which he did) and send out another 12 metres for free (though they only had 9 metres, so that’s what I got). I’m pleased with how it turned out and I’ll keep shopping here in the future. The webbing itself is top-notch, just like what you’d find on issued gear, and the shipping is pretty quick given the low cost.

Got my order quick, but one of the items is not right. I shot them an email to sort it out and I'm really hoping they fix it soon since I need this item this week and it’s the wrong size!

The item I ordered took longer to arrive because of Covid. I reached out to Contact Left, and they quickly shipped out a replacement with next day delivery. Really friendly folks, super helpful, just an awesome business.

Top-notch Service and quick shipping. I purchased an MWC timepiece and it arrived the very next day. Having been a customer of MWC for years, I was familiar with the watch, but the specific model I wanted was sold out on the factory website. Luckily, Contact Left had it in stock, so I made my purchase there. I’ll definitely keep this company in mind for future buys, like clothing.

There were a few hiccups in communication, mainly because of some tech glitches with the website's contact form. I’d recommend reaching out to them through email or a phone call; they handle problems with great kindness and efficiency. Definitely worth a shout-out!

I bought a sticker from 'Contact Left' on their eBay store. The sticker showed up, but it wasn’t cut right. I needed it for a show the next day, so I had to use it instead of sending it back. I left a fair but neutral review because of that. A week later, the seller reached out asking me to change my feedback for a full refund. I foolishly agreed, thinking it was a fair deal since I hadn’t returned the sticker. Now, over a month has passed, and still no refund, while the seller has gained another unwarranted positive review. Seems like a common trick to me. I won’t be dealing with them again. UPDATE: Just 10 minutes after posting this review, I received eBay credit. Happy to see you take feedback seriously. But about your response to my review: I’m talking about your BUSINESS, whether you’re selling on eBay or your own site – they’re just platforms for your business. I checked, and the business names and addresses match those on contactleft.co.uk. You might want to sort this out with eBay if someone’s misrepresenting you. And honestly, I shouldn’t have to chase after a credit that was already promised.

I'm really pleased with the belt I got from Contact Left. The quality of this belt is top-notch. I've purchased a couple of other belts, but this one is definitely the best I've come across. Awesome store packed with goodies, super fast shipping of products. They were really helpful over the phone and gave me some excellent tips on sleeping bags and backpacks.

I ordered twice through their site and eBay. Both shipments showed up fast and right on schedule. I didn't have much interaction with customer service. Everything was packed nicely and in perfect shape. I'd definitely shop here again without any problems.
